Description
A view of the mountains of Montserrat, with travellers on the road to the pilgrimage site outside a village in the foreground, including a pedlar with a wooden leg, a mother and a child in a chaise, a friar with a goat, and a lady wearing a mantle and holding a rosary; man looking at the view through a telescope next to a young woman playing the lute under the trees on the left and monastery in the background. Dedication contains the coat of arms of the 1st Earl Camden at centre.
