- A large bridge across a valley; factories with smoking chimneys; horses pulling crates; two figures sitting by the side of a road; trees and mountains throughout the scene. The remainder of the title inscription reads: "INCLUDING A VIEW of the WORKS and BUILDINGS of the UNION COPPER COMPANY adjoining the BRIDGE. Dedicated to the Monmouthshire Canal and the Sirhony Tram Road Companies. By their obliged & obedt Humble servt John Hodgkinson Engineer".
