- Description
- Wells Cathedral showing the twin square towers flanking the west end, with angle buttresses decorated with statues of saints in niches, the square tower over the transepts behind it; a figure approaching along a path from an archway under a gallery leading from the left to the octagonal chapter house on the south east corner and four figures, including a cleric, walking towards the building. Bears inscription 'port folio no 2' in pencil in upper left-hand corner outside platemark.
