- Inscribed 'No2' in pencil in the upper left-hand corner of the mount. Horses and riders in the foreground; Kilchurn Castle at the centre of the scene on Loch Awe; mountains in the distance; trees throughout the scene. Description and explanation on the opposite page reads 'The Engraver has made the Hill in the centre much too high and charp. Engraved by Robertson for the Edinburgh Magazine from a Drawing by Mr Clerk'.
