- Maps K.Top.38.14.2. is by the same hand and can be dated to between 1785-1799 when Lady Anne Tynte owned the property. It is likely that this drawing was made at the same time. John Palmer Acland (1756-1823) inherited Fairfield house in 1771 and remodelling the property from 1780.
