Description
Interior of Milan Cathedral, with a mother and a child taking holy water from a font and a man and a woman kneeling at the sight of the Holy Wafer carried by a priest under a canopy in procession through the main nave in the foreground; worshippers in prayer and altar in the background. Title contains coat of arms of Frederick Ponsonby, third Earl of Bessborough.
