- David Boswell refers to at least two sets of etchings after Alberto Pullicino's views of Malta published by Giacomo Moro and by Giuseppe Bardi in Florence during the second half of the eighteenth century (Boswell, David M., Malta's Canaletto". Alberto Pullicino: a "painter after nature" and his circle', in Apollo, vol. 132, no. 346, pp. 392-398. The original painting is now in the collection of Auckland Art Gallery (accession no. U/341/4)."
