- Panoramic view of the port at Ancona starting from the bastion of San Primiano at left, with indication of six gates (Toroglioni, Palunci, Dogana, Macello and Sant' Agostino among them) and of the Loggia dei Mercanti and Bastion of Sant' Agostino overlooking the Adriatic Sea. On five sheets, with key to the drawing and explanatory text below. According to annotation at upper right, this is the 'secondo disegno' in the series.

- Bound in volume with index preceding drawings and prints numbered 1-115 (page no. 42). Probably from the collection of Cardinal Albani, acquired for George III by James Adam in 1762. This is one of eight drawings in the same volume, all depicting different aspects of the port at Ancona with annotations in the same hand. No. 44 is signed 'Dom.co Pruzzini Arch.o'. No. 53 is dated '18 April 1659 in Ancona'.
