- Floor plan of the old quarantine warehouse (Sborro vecchio) attached to the Church of the Saint Cross (Chiesa del Crocifisso) below and of the seventeenth-century extension linked to the existing building by a passage that communicates their respective courtyards above, with Adige River at right and scale below.

- Ten pages bound together, with title-page. The key to each drawing is located on the verso of the preceding page. In their study of the work of Michele Sanmicheli, to whom the lazaretto has been attributed, Paul Davies and David Hemsoll refer to Cristofali's drawings as a not entirely reliable depiction of the original building (see P. Davies and D. Hemsoll, Michele Sanmicheli, Milan, 2004, p. 161, note 230). The name of the river at right is written in reverse.
