Signed and dated in brown ink in lower right-hand corner below image. Inscribed 'Bank Hall Lancashire a little N or Liverpool was sold to the Earl of Derby by Sir Cleve More Bart' in black ink on verso. Inscribed '12d' in pencil on verso.
