- This drawing is unlikely to date from 1751 as it is on wove paper which was not developed until at least 1757 and not widely used in England until the 1780s. This drawing bears stong stylistic similarities to those signed 'HH' which are often copies of earlier drawings by other artists (see Maps K.Top.34.30.c.). It is likely that this drawing is a copy by HH of an earlier work by William Bartlett.
