Inscribed 'HERE LYETH THE BODY OF EDWARD SWAYNE OF SWALLOWFIELD CHIRURGION WHO DECEASED FEBY 15 1659 IN YE 59 YEARE IF HIS AGE' and 'The epitaph on the side of the church' in brown ink below image.
