Inscribed with title in black ink below image. Signed and dated in black ink in the lower right-hand corner. On four sheets joined.

- Henry Gilder studied under Thomas Sandby before becoming Chief Drawing Master at the Board of Ordnance in the Tower of London. An unfinished version of this drawing is at Maps K.Top.13.15.4.f.
