- Smithfield Market viewed from a balcony looking towards St Bartholomew's, the tower of which appears above the houses in the corner of the square, the dome of St Paul's further l, pens of sheep and cattle, drovers and countrymen, in the foreground left are two pens of pigs with dealers examining them. Title area shaded in grey.
